MOBILE PRE-PURCHASE INSPECTION

Pre-Purchase Car Inspection in Vancouver, WA

Buying a used vehicle shouldn’t feel like a gamble. We inspect it at the seller’s location, document what we find, and provide a clear, prioritized report so you can evaluate the vehicle with facts.

Buying from another state? We inspect the vehicle where it is, so you do not have to travel just to verify its condition.

WHAT YOU RECEIVE

A Clear Result, Built for a Decision

The value of an inspection is not its page count. It is knowing which findings may affect safety, reliability or cost—and which are maintenance or cosmetic.

We document and explain the findings. You decide whether the vehicle is right for you.

  • A prioritized summary
  • Major, attention-soon, maintenance and cosmetic findings clearly separated
  • Supporting photos and technical observations
  • Diagnostic and road-test information when applicable
  • Questions answered after the inspection
  • A printed copy upon request

PRICING

Most standard inspections are $250. Select luxury, exotic, high-performance, heavily modified, commercial, or unusually complex vehicles are quoted individually before scheduling. Optional additional testing is discussed and priced in advance. We confirm the total price before the appointment.

REAL INSPECTION EXAMPLES

See what the inspection can reveal

Two real inspections show how documented findings can clarify the condition of both a newer luxury SUV and a higher-mileage truck. Customer information and complete reports remain private.

2024 Lincoln Navigator L

Odometer displayed: 10,422 miles

WHAT WE FOUND

  • Loose sunroof seal
  • 10,000-mile service due; engine oil appeared very dark
  • 11.38 V arrival battery voltage with related scan history
  • Incomplete EVAP readiness
  • Exterior water spotting and cargo-area wear
  • Open recall in the supplied CARFAX history

HOW IT WAS VERIFIED

Visual inspection, battery-voltage reading, computer diagnostics, CARFAX history review, road test and supporting photos.

WHY IT MATTERED

Even a newer, low-mileage vehicle can have maintenance, condition and cosmetic issues that are easy to miss during a brief walk-around or test drive. The inspection gave the customer a documented condition baseline instead of relying only on the listing.

REAL PPI REVIEWS

What buyers say after the inspection

★★★★★
“I hired Alex (from FL) for a pre-purchase inspection at car at a dealership in Vancouver. He gave me clear communication, he showed up at the dealership when he said he would, and provided me a detailed report with pictures and a video when needed. He showed me things the dealership neglected to show me after their own inspection. I feel much more comfortable buying a car sight unseen after this inspection. I highly recommend Lubomiroff Performance.”

PRE-PURCHASE INSPECTION · OUT-OF-STATE BUYER

★★★★★
“Alex helped me to do a mobile pre purchase inspection at a dealer and I am very thankful he did because the car had a lot of issues that were not disclosed. He was prompt, courteous, thorough, brought the needed equipment to read the vehicle’s codes, and he answered all of my questions. He charged a very fair price, which saved me who knows how much on a bad car! Thank you, Alex!”
